Terms of Commission

These Terms apply to all custom portrait commissions provided by Oleg Beltramo an Italian art studio.

By confirming a commission or paying an invoice, you agree to the following.

1. The Artwork

Each portrait is:

hand-painted in oil
created by an Italian artist
an original, one-of-a-kind artwork
made specifically for you
This is a bespoke artistic service, not a mass-produced product.

2. Commission Process

You share photographs and artistic preferences
We confirm details and pricing
An invoice is issued
Full payment is made
The painting process begins
Payments are accepted by invoice only.
No payments are processed directly through the website.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed
Full prepayment is required before work begins
Payment details are provided on the invoice
Bank or currency conversion fees are the Client’s responsibility
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

4. Artistic Approach

Each portrait is created through artistic interpretation.

While we aim to capture likeness and mood:

exact replication of a photograph is not guaranteed
variations in light, color, and composition are natural to hand painting
Minor adjustments may be requested during the process.

5. Delivery

Artworks are shipped from Italy
Delivery is insured and handled by international courier (e.g., DHL Express)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each portrait is custom-made:

commissions cannot be canceled once painting has begun
payments are non-refundable after work starts

7. Rights & Use

The physical artwork becomes yours upon full payment
The artist retains moral and copyright rights
Images of your portrait are never used publicly without your consent

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
